HOW IS THE DELIVERY?
All shipping addresses must be submitted in English, and no special or accented characters are accepted.
Our packages will be shipped via China post air mail or DHL.
If you want to get your package earlier, you can select an expedited service (DHL, UPS or USPS) at an additional cost. The shipping methods are estimated delivery times in business days and will differ based on your address as well as during peak holiday times.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
But you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
We are only able to offer exchanges to replace those defective or damaged items.
